**Beginner Friendly BYP** We will use the Appleton point spot handicapping system in the bring to keep the games fun and competitive.
-BYP matches will be given priority when the events are running concurrently - As Jimmy's closes at 1 am, I want to ensure we finish by 1 am, so shortened formats (2/3 to 4) in the loser's bracket could occur in the draw as needed based on turnout and timing.
------------------------------------------ The Draft! Pick-Your-Partner Draw It's baaaack! The draw works as follows: The draft order is composed of a random ordering of all players. Players will get to view the Draft Order Board in advance and during the selection process. The first player at the top of the order gets to choose their partner from all the rest of the players (the drafted player is crossed off the draft order). The second chooses from all those remaining...and so forth down to the final two not chosen. That team gets the drop on every game as a consolation (no hard feelings hopefully : )) All the drama of a draft (the steals, the strategy) plus pitfalls of a standard draw avoided (if you're more of a goalie you can look for a forward; it's less likely you'll end up w/ X if you don't like playing with X, etc). Plus it's still a format where the top two players could end up together or the rookie could choose the top pro.
