New  Triumphs at MN State in 2025

After the successful return of Minnesota's first state foosball tournament in over 15 years in 2024, MN state returned on May 2nd for a wild weekend of foos!

Thanks to a sponsorship from Neufab Welding, the venue was moved to Wyndham Gardens with an attached hotel and waterpark!

Who?

Foosers far and wide! 
145 players participated in events and dozens of friends, family and fellow players.
85 MN foosers, 
14 IA Foos neighbors from the south, 10 each from SD and WI to our west and east and North Dakota's greatest foos phenom: TJ Tooz!

The best in the House!
7 Masters in attendance: Brandon Moreland, Brandon Munoz, Dave Gummeson, Isabelle Stelly, Ryan Moore, Tracy McMillin, Warren Vanlandingham Jr,  

A Beginner Friendly Weekend! 

16 players in our Beginner events  and 6 new local players in our Junior events on Sunday!  

These events are marketed to NEW PLAYERS!  Friends and family welcome!  

 

What?

24 events over 3 days!  

A Monster Draw Your Partner!
No-Conflict!  Ending that night provided a great foos mixer to start the weekend!  
35 players got to play with at least 5 different partners before the playoffs saw the top 16 pair off for a final bracket.  The SD/WI power team of Jordan H and Brett N bested the local North/South MN Combo of Andy and Skip in the third game. 

A Chip Challenge Event ran throughout the weekend!
A player-run event for anyone to challenge anyone! 

Challenge any player anywhere to a pick up game of any format (minimum 1 chip wager)
Winner(s) takes the chips wagered.
This event had some of the lowest entries and highest payouts per entry of the weekend.  
Three different champions were crowned on the three nights.

Wyndham Garden in Otsego MN

Attached hotel and water park!  

The hotel block at the Wyndham is nearly full.  Additional reduced rates available at The Country Inn and Suite a few minutes from the Tournament Venue.
