Double Elimination on four T-3000 Tornadoes

When: Saturday, August 3rd

BYP Sign Ups close at 4:45 pm. First matches called at 5:00 pm.

No Conflict Singles Sign Ups close at 7:15 pm. First matches called at 7:30 pm (or as tables open up from the bring).*

Bar Hack DYP Sign Ups close at 7:45. First matches called at 8 pm (or as tables open up from the prior events).

*Singles will be run no-conflict with the bring at the time of sign ups. Meant for those knocked out of the bring before the draw starts, and for latecomers as a warm-up event. Expect race to 7 in the loser's bracket or single elim if there are more than 8 entrants.

** If there are more than 20 entrants, expect the DYP to be split into distinct early/late brackets to prevent conflicts with the final rounds of hte BYP.

$6 BYP entry for -beginners, -female foosers, -those with beginner partners, (foos guru discount) (Beginner status at TD discretion), $5 entry for the DYP for those that go 0-2 in the bring.

-BYP matches will be given priority when the events are running concurrently

As Jimmy's closes at 1 am, I want to ensure we finish by 1 am shortened formats/race to 8 in the loser's bracket as needed based on turnout and timing.

$1 of each entry fee goes to new balls/parts.

Our Guest TD, EB has requested the return of the Bar Hack DYP!

Bar Hack DYP Rules:

A run-and-gun style meant to encourage trash talk, hacking from the 5 and 2, and players to showcase their circus game.

Rules:

- No pulls or rollovers from the 3-bar.

- No set pulls from the 2 bar.

- 10 sec shot clock on all rods

- Trash talk permitted/encouraged during play.*

- Make-it-take-it for all shots from goalie/2-bar/5-bar!

- Ball may be immediately advanced when put in play from serving hole.

Heckler Tax: Only players within the match are permitted to trash talk during the match. However, a four quarter ($1) tax gains a spectator heckling privileges (money becomes game-quarters for the players heckled). Max of 3 hecklers per match.
