Bracket format contingent on turnout, but expect standard double-elim.
Johnny Lott's Revenge:
ITSF rules, with the following revisions:
- 10 sec time of possession on all rods
- touch-2 to advance any pass/shot/clear from any rod; 5-bar pass rule extended to every ball advancement.
