Double Elimination on four T-3000 Tornadoes

When: Saturday, December 1st

BYP Sign Ups close at 4:45 pm. First matches called at 5:00 pm.

No-Conflict Goalie Wars Sign Ups Close at 6:45, first matches called at 7

DYP Sign Ups close at 8 pm. First matches called at 8:30 pm (or as tables open up from the other events).

100% payback plus $50 kick-in from vendor split across the two main events.

$11** entry for BYP and DYP;

$6 entry for Goalie Wars, plus -beginners, -female foosers, -those with beginner partners, (foos guru discount) -and those that go 0-2 in the BYP. (Beginner status at TD discretion)

-BYP matches will be given priority when the events are running concurrently

-expect the DYP to be split into an early and late bracket if we have more than 20 entrants

- Goalie Wars is No-Conflict w/ the BYP, meant for players knocked out of the BYP and as a warm up for later arrivals. Expect single elim or race to 7 in the loser's for singles with more than 8 players.

* As Jimmy's closes at 1 am, I want to ensure we finish by 1 am.

** $1 of each entry fee goes to new balls/parts.

Formats:

Goalie Wars: Middle rods are lifted as the two players face off from the goalie positions. 10 sec rod clock; a ball stopped for 3 sec has to be put in motion or advanced. If a ball dies in the neutral zone, if it last entered your area it is put in play by your opponent (burden on the player to get the rebound in your zone).

Goalie's Delight DYP: standard draw with the following wrinkle: if a goalie scores (slop or no, goalie or 2 rod), the point is scored and the ball is re-served from their zone. They can go on a scoring streak or even end the game with 5 straight shots w/o another player touching the ball! Bring your best 2-rod offense and defense! The goalies are looking to score!

If you cannot make it by 4:45 for the bring, but can make it by 5:30 pm sharp, contact Skip before sign ups to let him know you're coming and you can still enter the bring. (Call to enter by 8 if you can still make the draw by 8:30).
