Shake 'n' Bake and Singles Tournament

BYP/DYP Split Bracket Tourney Singles Tournament(s) to follow

When: Saturday, April 16th

BYP Sign Ups close at 4:45 pm. First matches called at 5:00 pm. Singles sign ups at 7:30 pm. First matches called at 8:00 pm.

Where: Jimmy's s Pro Billiards 4040 Central Ave NE Columbia Heights, MN 100% payback

$10 entry for BYP/DYP $5 entry for Singles $5 entry to either event for -beginners, -female foosers, -those with beginner partners, (foos guru discount) (Beginner status at TD discretion)

Proposed format: Shake and Bake bracket! Top half of bracket is bring your partner; bottom half of bracket is draw you partner. Come with a friend, or make a new one! The top BYP and DYP team face each other for the final!

3/5 in winners side; 2/3 in consolation bracket for 3rd. (No double-dip; not a true double elim; the winners bracket final is the final...this will guarantee a draw team at least 2nd and minimize conflicts/delays with the singles tourney).

**Beginner Friendly!** Any team with at least one beginner will have the Appleton point spot system. (1 point the first game, 2 and the ball in the 2nd if they've lost the first, and 1 point in the third game). Let's keep these games fun and competitive.

The Singles Tournament will be split into an early bracket and late bracket if there are over 12 entrants to minimize conflicts and ensure a timely completion.

As Jimmy's closes at 1 am, I want to ensure we finish before close some race-to-7's may be required in the loser's bracket of Singles to ensure a timely finish.

If you cannot make it by 4:45 for the bring, but can make it before 5:30 pm, contact Skip to let him know you're coming and you can still enter the bring. (Call to enter by 7:15 if you can still make the second bring by 8:00....).
